DSAWH line pipe
We supply round helical welded pipes (DSAWH) with diameters from 24' to 120' inches.
Description
Our DSAWH (Double Submerged Arc Welded Helical) steel pipe is manufactured only from quality raw material, under the double submerged arc welding process.
The manufacturing process of our DSAWH pipe is the most efficient for larger pipe diameters. The helical (or spiral) weld offers greater resistance to any kind of point stress or distributed pressure.
This process allows the pipe to have the best standards of alignment and circumference, which maximises its ability to conduct fluids. Our process complies with all norms and standards for the manufacture of carbon steel pipe.
The DSAWH helicoidal pipe is mainly used for the conduction of fluids such as sea water, drinking water, domestic waste water and abrasive fluids. It is also used for structures in aggressive environments, due to its high resistance to abrasion.
We handle a wide variety of thicknesses and gauges: including Schedule 40 pipe. We have round pipe with helical seams in diameters from 24''' to 120'' inches.
